3. Product & Solution Support

- Build a working understanding of Sungrow C&I; solar inverter and battery energy storage products and applications.
- Assist with preliminary product selection, quotations and customer presentations.
- Collect basic project inputs and coordinate with Product and Engineering teams when technical support is required.

4. Customer Presentations & Product Promotion

- Prepare customer presentations, product materials and sales documentation.
- Support customer training, technical workshops, product demonstrations and industry events.
- Assist with product promotion and communicate key product features, applications and commercial advantages.

5. Market & Competitor Research

- Research the Australian C&I; solar and battery storage market.
- Track competitor products, pricing, market positioning and customer feedback.
- Prepare basic market and competitor summaries and help identify emerging trends and opportunities.

6. Internal Coordination & Administration

- Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Service, Supply Chain and Marketing teams.

- Support internal follow-up, meeting notes and basic sales documentation.
- Assist with other channel sales and business development activities as required.

Requirements

1. Education

- Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Power Systems, or a related discipline.

2. Experiences

- Previous full-time industry experience is not required.
