Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, self-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our growing team and own the Queensland market. This is a field-based role centred on building lasting relationships with veterinary clinics and hospitals throughout the state.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct regular customer site visits to veterinary practices across your territory
n
- Promote new business by identifying and converting prospective clinics into loyal VSMS customers
n
- Present, demonstrate, and sell our full product range, with a strong emphasis on orthopaedic and surgical solutions
n
- Provide expert product guidance and education to clinical staff
n
- Work independently day-to-day, managing your own schedule, pipeline, and travel
n
- Report to the Sales Manager based in Western Australia, keeping open lines of communication and aligning with national strategy
n
- Submit monthly budgets and reports, including forecasts, activity summaries, and territory analysis
n

About you

- Demonstrated sales experience in veterinary products — you understand the market, the decision-makers, and the clinical context
n
- A reliable employment history that reflects commitment, reliability, and professional growth
n
- Tertiary education (e.g.



veterinary nursing, animal science, business) or strong, demonstrated experience working in veterinary practices — you can speak the language of our customers
n
- A genuine love of animals and passion for the veterinary industry
n
- Excellent self-management skills: you are organised, accountable, and comfortable working remotely
n
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within Queensland
