Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring and motivating your team, ensuring they deliver professional, efficient and friendly service to our guests. You will be assisting the Food & Beverage operations team with the day-to-day operations in both the restaurant and banquets.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring and inspiring your team, ensuring they deliver professional, efficient and friendly service to our guests. You will be assisting the Food & Beverage operations team with day-to-date operations in both the restaurant and banquets.

Your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

n

- Supervise Food and Beverage outlet operations during Breakfast,



Lunch and Dinner meal periods;
n
- Create an energetic and engaging environment where team members and guests can connect over great Food & Beverage;
n
- The role may also involve working across banquet and conference operations as required.
n
- Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
n
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
n
- Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with analysing performance, rostering and budgeting;
n
- Assist Food and Beverage management with training and development of team members.
n
- Australian working rights required (no sponsorship available).
