We're looking for an experienced HR Truck Driver (Leading Hand) to join our team and take on a key role in the day‐to‐day operations. If you're a reliable operator with robust leadership skills and a hands‐on attitude, this is a great opportunity to step up and make an impact. This role will commence 14/09/26.

About the Role

n

As the Leading Hand, you'll support the QLD Operations Supervisor by assisting with overseeing daily truck movements, ensuring safety and compliance, and helping guide a small team of drivers. You'll still be behind the wheel, but you'll also play a big part in keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Operate HR vehicles safely and efficiently
n
- Lead, support and mentor a team of drivers
n
- Coordinate daily runs,



deliveries and schedules
n
- Conduct pre‐start checks and ensure fleet compliance
n
- Assist with loading/unloading when required
n
- Maintain accurate paperwork and delivery records
n
- Promote a strong safety culture across the team
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Current HR licence
n
- Previous Leading Hand or team‐leader experience (preferred)
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
n
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
n
- Good knowledge of load restraint and safety procedures
n
- Physically fit and reliable
n
