About the Role

Reporting to the Group Health, Safety & Environment Manager,you'lllead the Systems, Governance & Reporting stream of ourHealth and Safetyfunction.

n

You'llbe responsible for:

n

n
- Leadingthe ongoing improvement of health and safety systems, reporting processes and governance tools.
n
- Developingandmaintainthe roadmap for health and safety technology platformsStrengthening governance,complianceand assurance frameworksacross a diverse operating environment.
n
- Supportingalignment with legislative requirements and ISO 45001 principles.
n
- Leading Board, Executive and operational safety reportingcycles.
n
- Translatinghealth and safety data into meaningful insights that influence decision-making.
n
- Supporting strategic planning and the ongoing evolution of theHealth and SafetyFramework and Strategy.
n
- Workingwith operational leaders to improve the quality,consistencyand usefulness of safety information.
n

About You

n

You may currently be a:

n

n
- Senior Health & Safety Advisor.
n
- Health & Safety Business Partner.
n
- Governance, Assurance or Compliance Specialist.
n
- Health & Safety Reporting or Systems Lead.
n
- Health & Safety Manager.
n
- Risk or Governance Professional looking tospecialisewithin safety.
n

Most importantly,you'rpassionate about using systems,governance,and data to improve health and safety outcomes.

You'llbring:

- Experience in health and safety, governance, compliance, risk,systems,or reporting functions.
n
- Strong analytical and reporting capability.
n
- Experience driving system improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
n
- The ability to translate complex information into practical business insights.
n
- A desire to shape the future direction of an evolving safety function.
