As we continue to expand nationally, we're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth throughout South Australia.

This is an outstanding opportunity to build your own territory while representing a respected national brand with an industry-leading product range.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, conducting site inspections, preparing proposals and developing long-term partnerships with businesses throughout South Australia.

You’ll work with decision makers across a wide range of industries, helping businesses improve staff amenities while generating additional revenue through our fully managed vending solutions.

No two days are the same.

One day you may be meeting with a construction company, the next you’re presenting to a hospital, university or manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities

Generate your own sales pipeline through prospecting and networking

Conduct customer meetings and site inspections

Prepare proposals and quotations





Manage opportunities through to installation

Build long-term relationships with key decision makers

Work closely with operations to deliver exceptional customer outcomes

Maintain accurate customer records, activities and sales opportunities in HubSpot

Represent Benleigh at industry events and networking opportunities

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

About You

You’re motivated by winning business and enjoy being out with customers.

You’ll bring:

Proven success in Business Development or B2B sales

Strong relationship-building skills

Confidence presenting to business owners and senior managers

Ability to negotiate and close opportunities

Self-motivation and excellent time management

High levels of initiative

Strong written and verbal communication

Previous experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM is preferred but not essential

Supportive national leadership team
