Salary: $78,000 - $82,000 + Superannuation

Location: FORBES NSW 2871

Our client, Forbes Inn, is looking for an experienced and energetic Cook to join their growing kitchen team. Duties include, but are not limited to:

n

n
- Examining foodstuffs to ensure quality
n
- Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment
n
- Preparing and cooking food
n
- Seasoning food during cooking
n
- Portioning food, place it on plates and add gravies, sauces and garnishes
n
- Storing food in temperature-controlled facilities
n
- Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements
n
- Be a team player
n
- May plan menus and estimate food requirements
n
- May train other kitchen staff and apprentices
n

To be considered for this role, you must have:

n

n
- Relevant qualification/s
n
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role/setting
n
- Excellent communication skills
n
- Passion for cooking
n
