About the Role

n

As a Bottle Shop Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked store. You will assist customers with product selections, process sales transactions, and help ensure the bottle shop operates efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service
n
- Processing sales transactions accurately through the POS system
n




- Assisting customers with product recommendations and enquiries
n
- Receiving, unpacking, and replenishing stock
n
- Maintaining store presentation and cleanliness standards
n
- Monitoring inventory levels and reporting stock requirements
n
- Ensuring compliance with responsible service of alcohol regulations
n
- Working collaboratively with the wider hotel team.

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Previous retail, bottle shop, hospitality, or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
n
- A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- A positive attitude and robust work ethic
n
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
- Reliability, flexibility, and availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
n
- The ability to undertake some manual handling and lifting duties
n
