As Store Manager, you will take ownership of a large-format retail setting with multiple departments, high customer traffic and a busy shop floor that requires strong leadership presence,

What You'll Be Responsible For:

n

- Leading from the front on the shop floor
n
- Managing a large retail team across weekdays and weekends
n
- Driving customer service standards and team accountability
n
- Coaching, mentoring and performance management
n
- Rostering and supporting daily operations
n
- Maintaining high visual merchandising and presentation standards
n
- Managing stock flow and floor coverage
n
- Creating structure, consistency and strong store culture
n
- Being the key leader staff turn to for support and direction
n

- Store Manager

n
- Large-format retail leader

- Big box retail operator
