Join a plastics manufacturing site supporting maintenance and production. Lead a small team while staying hands-on with mechanical maintenance and repairs.

Step-Up Chance: Progress into a more senior leadership role over the next few years, potentially moving to 90% leadership / 10% hands-on with greater responsibility for inventory and maintenance management.

You will do

n

n
- Team Leadership: Lead and support around 5 staff (maintenance and production).
n




- Workshop: Allocate jobs and coordinate daily workshop activities.
n
- Maintenance: Diagnose, repair and maintain equipment, including injection moulding machines.
n
- Troubleshooting: Handle mechanical issues and basic PLC fault‐finding.
n
- Improvement: Help move maintenance systems from paper to digital and bring outsourced work in-house.
n

You have

n

n
- Cert III in Mechanical or Electrical
n
- Mechanical Fitter background preferred
n
- Previous Leading Hand / Supervisory experience
n
