The Role

n

This is a phone-based sales role where you will be responsible for contacting existing clients, warm leads and cold leads, generating new opportunities and booking appointments.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

- Making outbound calls to existing clients and prospective clients
n
- Following up on warm and cold leads
n
- Building rapport and identifying opportunities
n
- Generating leads and booking appointments
n
- Managing follow-ups and maintaining accurate records
n
- Working towards call and sales targets
n

n

What You Need to Succeed

n

n
- Proven experience in an outbound call centre, sales, appointment setting or telemarketing role
n
- Experience working in the education sector would be highly regarded, but is not essential – it's all about personality!
n
- A strong sales mindset
n
- Great interpersonal skills and confidence speaking with people at all levels
n
- Self-motivated with a positive and energetic vibe
n
- Resilient, proactive and comfortable picking up the phone
n
