Working across our factory and installation projects, you will be responsible for producing and installing high-quality cabinetry and joinery to a professional standard. You will need to be confident working independently while also contributing positively to a team environment.

Key responsibilities

- Reading and accurately interpreting architectural drawings, plans and detailed joinery drawings
n
- Manufacturing, assembling and installing quality cabinetry and joinery
n
- Working from detailed specifications and project documentation
n
- Measuring, setting out and checking work for accuracy
n
- Installing joinery on residential and commercial sites
n
- Problem-solving and resolving issues during manufacture and installation
n
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship, finish and attention to detail
n
- Working efficiently to meet project deadlines
n
- Working collaboratively with the factory and installation team
n
- Contributing ideas and supporting continuous improvement
n
n
About you
n
n
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified Cabinet Maker / Joiner
n
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and detailed joinery plans
n
- Excellent understanding of cabinetry construction and joinery techniques
n
- Experience manufacturing and assembling custom joinery
n
- Installation experience, with the ability to work confidently on site
n
- Robust attention to detail and pride in workmanship
n
- Excellent problem-solving skills
n
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
n
- A reliable, punctual and professional approach
n
- Good communication and teamwork skills
n
- $45 per hour
