Gemelli Italian Broadbeach is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the Restaurant manager and executive team to ensure a smooth operation.

Key responsibilities

- Work closely with Restaurant managers to ensure smooth operations
n
- Lead and train the team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service
n
- Managing and coordinating all events and functions
n
- Handling guests requests in a genuine and professional manner
n
- Ensure the profitable and safe operation of the restaurant
n

About you

- Proven experience in a similar Assistant Manager role for no less than 2 years
n
- Full working rights in Australia
n
- A calm and professional approach to their job
n
- Incredible attention to detail and organisation skills
n
- Staff and customer service focused
n
- Restaurant industry experience is essential for this Assistant Manager position

A competitive salary package on offer $70,000 - $80,000 pa + superannuation
