Job Description

We are partnering with a well established, growing, MSP based in Ryde is looking for a solid Level 3 Engineer to join a team-oriented team.

What you'll be doing:

n

n
- Handling L2/L3 escalations across infrastructure, cloud, and networking
n
- Supporting and troubleshooting across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and endpoint management
n
- Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy administration
n
- Virtualisation (Hyper-V / VMware) and backup/DR (Datto, ShadowProtect)
n
- Networking support - routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, VPN
n
- Some involvement in project work including migrations and deployments
n
- Helping lift the capability of junior engineers around you
n

n

What you'll bring:

n

n
- 4–6+ years in an MSP environment - essential
n
- Comfortable working across multiple clients and environments
n
- Experience with security tools (Defender, Huntress well regarded)
n
- PowerShell a bonus
n
