About the company
An established Adelaide real estate business with a rapidly expanding property management division (impressive growth over the last 2 x years). Known for momentum, ambition and a desire to build a sustainable,
high-performing PM department with strong retention and service standards.
About the role
Reporting directly to the business owner, you will take ownership of day-to-day PM operations on a portfolio of approximately 130 x properties, with support from other team members.
Skills & experience
- Senior Property Manager or Head of Department background
- Solid knowledge of PM legislation and compliance
- Leadership qualities for succession planning
- Process driven
- SA real estate licence essential
