The role requires you to have at least a relevant AQF or equivalent Certificate IV and at least 12 months of relevant work experience

The position will require you to perform the following tasks;
n

- Lead, supervise and train front-of-house staff, including induction, ongoing coaching, and ensuring required competencies are met.
n
- Provide hands-on support with customer service, food and beverage service and cleaning duties
n
- Ensure all guests are greeted and served in a skilled, timely and friendly manner.
n
- Perform daily cash handling tasks, including till reconciliation, float management, and end-of-day reports.
n
- Check and receive deliveries, ensuring the correct quantity and quality of stock received.
n
- Respond to customer complaints or concerns professionally and **escalate** when required.
n
- Assist with shift planning by identifying staffing needs based on expected customer volumes.
n
- Report any equipment faults, maintenance needs, or workplace hazards to management.
n
- Ensure food handling and hygiene procedures are followed by all team members.
n
- Encourage a positive, team-oriented working environment and lead by example during busy periods.

SALARY
n
The salary offered will be $70,000 to $80,000 per annum, negotiated based on your experience.
