Occupational Therapist | Paeds or Adults | WFH Report Days

$95,000 to $125,000 + super + quarterly bonuses + $2,500 PD allowance

Full-time or part-time | Bibra Lake base + metro Perth outreach | WFH report-writing days

Sigma Therapies is a clinician-led practice in Bibra Lake looking for an occupational therapist to work with NDIS and private/self-funded clients across metro Perth. Paeds, adults or a mix, the caseload gets shaped around your strengths and interests.

We are not running a high-volume burnout model. WFH report and planning days are rostered in because good OT work needs thinking time, not just back-to-back appointments.

What you will get

- $95,000 to $125,000 + super, plus a quarterly bonus structure that can add $10,000+ a year

What you will do

n

- functional capacity assessments and NDIS reporting
n
- therapy and capacity building with children and adults
n
- assistive technology assessments and applications
n
- sensory assessment and intervention
n
- home, school, clinic and community-based work
n
- collaboration with families, support coordinators and our psychology and behaviour support team
n

What you will need

n

n
- AHPRA registration as an occupational therapist, or eligibility before starting
n
- a WA driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one
n
- strong report-writing and documentation skills
n
- a practical, person-centred way of working
n

n

The advertised band reflects experienced clinicians. Early-career OTs are welcome too, with salary set to experience and structured in-house supervision while you find your feet. And if you are aiming at senior or clinical lead work, there is a real pathway here as we grow.
