About the Candidate

Our client is an established multidisciplinary allied health provider who are seeking an enthusiastic New Graduate Speech Pathologist to join their team. This is a community based position which is based around Melbourne's Western suburbs - as a new graduate you'll be supported by strong systems, experienced leaders and a warm close-knit team.

- Structured onboarding program, including shadowing with supervisors, peers and the MDT

- Weekly 1:1 supervision with clinical lead and senior clinicians
n
- Complete shadowing sessions with supervisors and experienced clinicians
n
- Fortnightly team meetings and regular educational sessions
n
- No billable targets for your first 3 months - gradual build up in caseload!

- Emphasis on a work-life balance with options to work full-time, part time and 9-day fortnight

As a New Graduate Speech Pathologist, you'll
n
n
- Provide therapy in community settings (travelling no more than 30 minutes from your home) to a range of NDIS and private clients.
n
- Work with a varied caseload of clients across paediatric/mixed aged and client referrals will be tailored to your area of interest.
