About the role
n
As a Part-Time Front Office Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from check-in to check-out. Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
- Provide courteous, efficient and professional service to exceed guest expectations.
n
- Maintaining strict security procedures surrounding guest confidentiality & privacy.
n
- Liaising with internal departments proactively to ensure group and guest requirements for specific bookings are met.
n
- Provide quality service to guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in,
check-out and throughout their stay.
n
- Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.
n

About You
n
n
- A can-do attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
n
- Knowledge in Opera Cloud and Third-Party Agents is preferred.
n
- Ability to work under high pressure, and a quick-paced environment.
n
- Excellent grooming and presentation.
n
- The ability & flexibility to work across a 7-day working environment, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
n
- Guest Service Agent experience is not necessary, new to the industry are welcome to apply.
n
