We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join ourBethanie Home Care South Westteam as an Unqualified SupportWorker. This role involves supporting our customers in their homeswithin the Bunbury andsurrounding areas.
n
At Bethanie, we aim to have to you work with the same clients asmuch as possible over the course of your employment with us and wehave a dedicated rostering team who work with you and with ourclients to facilitate this.
n
As an Unqualified Support Worker, your focus will be to supportour clients to continue to live at home in a clean, safeenvironment as well as providing transport and assistance withmeals.
n
To be successful in this role, you must be available tocommit to:
n
n
- Permanent part time employment, working a minimum20 hours per week.
n
- Shifts between the hours of 8am – 4pm across Mondayto Thursday.
n
n
As you will be required to use your own car in thisrole, we offer a travel allowance per kilometre.
n
About You
n
n
- Previous experience working as a cleaner will be highlyregarded!
n
- Hold a current driver's licence and have access to areliable vehicle
n
- Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to applyfor one)
n
- Proof of at least one Covid vaccination and 2026 fluvaccination (or willingness to obtain).
n
n
The Role
n
n
- Professionally deliver a variety of services including foodpreparation, cleaning and laundry services as well assupporting hobbies, interests and leisure activities
n
- Ensure all living areas of clients' homes are kept clean,tidy and safe from hazards
n
- Ensure all tasks and outcomes are met and documentedappropriately
n
- Support clients with transport to appointments
n
- Provide social support to clients by spending time doingthe things they love
n
n
