Asset Engineer - GIS and Asset Management Systems

- Civil Engineering, GIS and Asset Management Systems - mandatory

Our client is looking for an experienced Asset Engineer to join their team.

n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

n

n
- Collect and maintain data for a number of asset registers including roads, drainage, buildings and open space.
n
- Maintenance of asset registers by updating all new assets including from current subdivisions.
n
- Maintenance of Technology One Asset Management System and other systems as required.
n
- Assist coordinator with quarter and annual reporting
n
- Assist with regular asset management operational needs.
n
- Preparation of reports, plans, specifications and estimates in accordance with relevant standards and codes.
n
- Assessment of engineering plans, computations and reports in accordance with relevant standards and codes.
n
- Assist with modelling to produce lifecycle costing and future works programs.
n
- Customer responses regarding asset related enquiries.
n
- Assist in providing input to the multi-year Capital Works Program.
n
- Assist in reporting
