Lacoste is entering an exciting new chapter in Australia, and we're looking for a passionate, retail-driven Assistant Store Manager to join our team in our Harbour Town store!

What You'll Do

- Working closely with the Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations while leading and developing a team that delivers exceptional results.
n
- Support the delivery of sales targets, KPIs and business objectives
n
- Create a people-first culture by coaching, developing and empowering your team
n
- Lead from the front, spending the majority of your time on the shop floor delivering memorable customer experiences
n
- Drive team performance through regular coaching, feedback and development conversations
n
- Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members
n
- Execute brand standards and visual merchandising excellence throughout the store
n
- Assist with roster management and labour efficiency to achieve business targets
n
- Champion a safe,



inclusive and engaging environment for both customers and team members

- Bring the Lacoste brand vision to life through exceptional service and operational excellence

Who You Are

n

- Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Senior Retail Leader within a premium, fast-paced retail environment
n
- A results-driven leader with a strong "Make It Happen" attitude
n
- Passionate about coaching, developing and motivating high-performing teams
n
- Experienced in driving sales performance and achieving KPI targets
n
- Customer-obsessed, with a commitment to delivering best-in-class experiences
n
- A strategic thinker who can identify opportunities to drive growth and improve performance
n
- Confident managing operational responsibilities including rostering, visual merchandising and team development
n
- A collaborative team player who leads with energy, positivity and accountability
