RCR Mining Technologies are seekingexperiencedHydraulic Fitters to join ourteam on a Permanent Fulltime basis, located in our BunburyWorkshop.

About the role (s)

n

n
- Ensure all Safety, Quality & Environmental processes arefollowed and meet, report any incidents or hazards viaclient portal or RCR Mining Technologies 360 tool.
n
- Strong understanding of health and safety procedures ina workshop or industrial setting.
n
- Complete detailed reporting of required repairs
n
- Conduct root cause failure report of damaged componentsto capture additional system failure points
n
- Perform job scoping when on site and communicate back toresponsible Technical Hydraulic Specialist.
n
- Complete hydraulic services including performancetesting of systems, and identify potential repair and spareparts needs
n
- Adjustment of proportional hydraulic systems andassociated driver cards
n
- Understanding of PLC control solutions and tuning of PIDcontrol loops
n
- Support internal projects with tubing, lubrication andhydraulic system needs
n
- Ability to generate detailed work instructions for otherhydraulic work groups
n
- Ability to interpret and markup hydraulic schematics
n




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
- Willingness to work overtime when required
n
- Willingness to travel to remote worksites whenrequired
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
n
- Strong problem-solving abilities
n

To be considered for this position, you mustpossess the following:

n

n
- Live locally or willing to relocate to the Southwest
n
- Australian recognised Trade Certificate
n
- Relevant experience in the Hydraulics industry
n
- Current Driver's Licence
n
- Fitness to handle manual labour and provide a transparent drugand alcohol screening
n
- A solid commitment to safety, along with a genuinereliable nature.
