One of Melbourne's growing Managed Service Providers is seeking a passionate and driven Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team, working with small and medium-sized clients. This is a Melbourne-based, in office role.

Base pay range

n

A$100,000.00/yr - A$130,000.00/yr

- Location: South East Melbourne, on-site
n
- On-site, 5 days a week
n
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer
n
- Experience with Azure, VMware, PowerShell, Microsoft Office, RMM and ITIL
n

What you will be doing

n

n
- Design, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure; lead troubleshooting for software and hardware issues
n
- Collaborate with a dedicated team and Project Manager to identify opportunities to enhance and secure IT environments
n
- Support a diverse range of clients across multiple industries using Azure, VMware, PowerShell, Microsoft Office, RMM and ITIL
n
- Manage, automate, and optimize infrastructure solutions
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer
n
- Minimum 5 years experience in Azure, VMware, PowerShell, Microsoft Office, RMM and ITIL
n




- Ability to confidently use PowerShell for automation and integration
n
- Experience within a project setting and the ability to relay technical and non-technical information
n
- Driver's License
n
- Demonstrated ability to manage client communications
n
- Experience working within ITIL change management
n
- Ability to collaborate, effectively communicate and document processes for project members
n
