- Lead commercial activities across a technically complex project, ensuring contractual obligations are met and risks are managed

- Oversee head contract administration, progress claims, variations and notices
n
- Manage procurement strategy and execution across all trade packages
n
- Monitor project costs and produce monthly financial reports
n

What You'll Bring
n
n
- Degree qualified in Construction Law, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related
n
- Proven 10 years experience delivering the commercial function on large-scale projects
n
- Solid understanding of construction contracts and relevant legislation
n
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
n
