An excellent prospect has become available for an experienced Industrial Project Manager / Site Manager to join a well-established and growing building company on the Sunshine Coast.

n

This is a senior, hands-on position for someone who enjoys taking full ownership of their projects and driving them from commencement through to completion.

n

You will oversee several projects, working closely with Site Managers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to ensure each build is delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to a high standard.

n

The Role

n

You will be responsible for:

n

n
- Managing multiple industrial/building projects from start through to completion
n
- Taking ownership of project programmes, timelines, budgets and delivery
n
- Liaising closely with Site Managers and providing direction and support
n
- Coordinating subcontractors, trades, suppliers and consultants
n
- Monitoring project progress and identifying potential issues early
n
- Managing variations, documentation and project reporting
n
- Ensuring quality, safety and compliance standards are maintained
n




- Liaising with clients and key stakeholders throughout the build
n
- Conducting regular site visits and project meetings
n
- Driving projects through to practical completion and handover
n

About You

n

We are looking for someone with solid experience in construction, industrial or commercial building projects who understands how to get a job delivered.

n

Ideally, you will have:

n

n
- Previous experience as a Project Manager, Site Manager, Construction Manager or similar
n
- Strong building and construction knowledge
n
- Experience managing projects and site teams
n
- Excellent subcontractor and stakeholder management skills
n
- Strong organisation and problem-solving abilities
n
- The confidence to make decisions and take ownership
n
- A practical, solutions-focused approach
n
- Strong communication and leadership skills
n
- The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
n

n

A trade background combined with strong construction management experience would also be highly regarded.
