Job Description

The Royal Children's Hospital Melbourne in Parkville is seeking a part-time EMR Help Desk Analyst for a fixed-term 48 hours per fortnight. You will be the first point of contact for EMR issues, including patient portal access, supporting precinct staff and users.

You'll bring several years of Technical/administration experience or equivalent, with EMR or Health IT exposure, and robust customer service skills to provide responsive, high-quality support.
