The Role:

As a Speech Pathologist, you will provide expert assessment and intervention to children aged 0–18 years, focusing heavily on early intervention for those under five, including those with complex communication needs such as neurodivergence, AAC users,



and feeding difficulties. Your role is integral in delivering personalised, evidence-based therapy that empowers families and supports school collaboration.

With opportunity for a Senior clinician also, you’ll also lead the clinical supervision of junior speech pathologists and students, guiding their professional development and fostering a culture of learning and clinical excellence. Your contribution will extend to shaping clinical services and participating in team meetings aimed at elevating service quality across the practice.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology
- Minimum 1 years’ paediatric clinical experience, with leadership or supervision experience preferred
- Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle for occasional travel
- Basic Professional Indemnity Insurance and Medicare Providers Number
