Key responsibilities

- Respond to inbound enquiries and proactively generate new business through outbound calls

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships from first enquiry through to post-sale follow-up

- Provide tailored container solutions across both sales and leasing
n
- Prepare accurate quotes and manage all associated sales administration
n
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date CRM records
n
- Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous improvement initiatives

About you

- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in sales or customer service
n
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
n
- A reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated work ethic
n
- Confidence in negotiating and delivering practical solutions
n
- Experience using CRM systems and managing customer records
n
- A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service and results
