About the role

n

We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Rigid Packed Truck Driver who values safety,



reliability, and a strong work ethic to become part of our team at the Rutherford Depot on dayshift.

n

In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering packed goods, bulk drums (205L) and IBC's including some pump in's safely, efficiently, and sustainably across our region.

n

This will also include unloading and loading packed goods to service stations.

n

Must haves

n

n
- Commitment to Ampol's values
n
- A minimum HR licence
n
- Strong communication (verbal, written and presentation) with persuasive ability to influence change.
n
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
n
- Safety focussed.
n
- A current forklift license is a desirable or must be willing to obtain a forklift licence
n
- Proficient in operating Electronic Work Diary (EWD) systems via in-vehicle Truck PC technology
n

Nice to haves

- Fuel transport industry experience
n
- Current DG licence
n
- Current SLP licence
n
- Operational knowledge of relevant laws and statutes applying to the transport of petroleum products including OH&S;, Environmental, Dangerous Goods and Transportation rules and regulations.
