Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Structures Foreman to join a well known tier 2 builder on a major school project in North West Sydney, NSW.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Structures Foreman to join an established site team and take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of structural works through to Christmas with potential for ongoing work.

n

The Role You will be responsible for coordinating structural trades and subcontractors on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to a high standard.

n

Key responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Supervising structural works across the project
n
- Managing subcontractors and site crews
n
- Coordinating concrete, formwork, reinforcement and associated structural trades
n
- Ensuring works are completed in line with drawings, specifications and programme
n
- Coordinating daily site activities and sequencing
n
- Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager
n




- Managing site safety, quality and productivity
n
- Reporting on progress and identifying any issues or delays
n
- Maintaining robust relationships with subcontractors and the wider site team
n

We are looking for someone with:

n

n
- Previous experience as a Structures Foreman
n
- Strong experience across commercial construction
n
- Solid knowledge of concrete, formwork and reinforcement
n
- Experience managing structural subcontractors and trades
n
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
n
- Strong communication and leadership skills
n
- A hands‐on approach and the ability to drive works on site
n
- White Card and relevant site tickets
n

This is an immediate opportunity on a high‐profile education project, running through until Christmas 2026.
