Job Description

Sylvanvale invites compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Katoomba and North Sydney. You will build meaningful relationships while delivering tailored support to clients in home and community settings.

Responsibilities include personal care, medication administration, meal planning, and activities that promote independence. A NSW driver's license and First Aid are required, with police check and NDIA Worker Screening as part of the process.
