About the Role

n

As a Service Engineer, you'll be the front line of customer support, ensuring our equipment runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently throughout its serviceable life. You'll work hands-on across installation, commissioning, routine maintenance, and breakdown support — while also building strong relationships with customers within your territory.

This role will suit aMechanical Fitter with Restricted Electrical Licenseor anElectrician with strong automation and mechanical experiencewho thrives in a dynamic, problem-solving setting.

What You'll Do

n

- Lead safe installation support, commissioning, and reporting.
n
- Provide remedial and routine maintenance, equipment audits, and customer training.
n
- Diagnose and resolve breakdowns quickly and effectively.
n




- Support spare parts preparation, drawings, and technical documentation.
n
- Maintain accurate service reports and records.
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance systems and processes.
n
- Travel interstate and internationally as required to support our global customer base.

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Trade qualification:Cert III Engineering – Mechanical TradeORElectrical Fitter Mechanic.
n
- Strong automation and mechanical fault-finding skills (PLC I/O experience essential).
n
- Ability to commission, test, and support high-speed packaging equipment.
n
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
n
- Flexibility to travel (local, interstate, and international).
n
