Key responsibilities

- Creating and managing staff rosters and schedules
n
- Coordinating shifts and matching staff availability with client requirements
n
- Managing changes, cancellations, leave and shift replacements
n
- Communicating with support workers, clients, families and management
n
- Maintaining accurate client and staff records
n
- Assisting with NDIS and Aged Care administration and documentation
n
- Monitoring appointments, service schedules and staff availability
n
- General office administration, data entry and record keeping
n
- Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant policies and procedures
n
n
About you
n
n
- Experienced in NDIS and/or Aged Care administration
n
- Confident with rostering and scheduling
n
- Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
n
- Excellent at communication and problem-solving
n
- Reliable, professional and detail-oriented
n
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment
n
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and rostering/scheduling systems
n
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
n
- Previous experience in disability, community services, home care or aged care is highly desirable
n
