We're currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Production Worker to join a busy manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role offering stable employment, regular overtime, and a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate. Training will be completed on day shift for the first few weeks before transitioning to a permanent afternoon shift roster. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of forklift operation and physical production work, takes safety seriously, and isn't afraid to get stuck in.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Operate a forklift to safely move raw materials and finished products throughout the site
n
- Load, unload and stage materials for production
n
- Assist with manufacturing and production processes
n
- Open moulds and remove finished products
n
- Prepare equipment and materials for upcoming production runsComplete quality checks and finishing tasks
n
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
n
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily production targets
n
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
n

Skills & Experience
n
Essential
n
n
- Current LF Forklift Licence
n
- Previous forklift operating experience
n
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
n
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
n
- Reliable with a solid work ethic
n
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
n
Desirable
n
n
- Experience within manufacturing, production, construction, concrete, warehousing or labouring environments
n
- Experience handling large or heavy products
n
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
n
n
