Kindyland Kids Gold Coast is seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join our Centres across the Northern Gold Coast.

About the Role

n

Working as part of a dedicated team, you will:

n

n
- Collaborate with educators to implement high-quality educational programs
n
- Support the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences
n
- Create a positive, inclusive, nurturing and child-safe environment
n
- Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
n
- Contribute to ongoing program planning, reflection and continuous improvement
n
- Support the holistic development, learning and wellbeing of every child
n

n

About You

n

We are looking for educators who are passionate, enthusiastic and committed to providing quality outcomes for children.

n

You will ideally:

n

n
- Hold a Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, or be actively studying towards a qualification
n
- Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a dedicated team
n
- Have a genuine passion for early childhood education and care
n
- Have strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
n
- Demonstrate an understanding of the EYLF, QKLG and National Quality Framework
n
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
n
- Current First Aid,



Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain
n
- Child Protection and Geccko Child Safety registration/training, or willingness to complete
n
- Commitment to maintaining a secure, inclusive and child-focused environment
n
