- Serve as a strategic advisor and technical expert leading targeted engagements to accelerate product adoption
n
- Lead the full adoption journey from baselining customer environments to providing feedback for product roadmap
n
- Document adoption plans, site matrices, and communications for project alignment
n
- Guide customers on strategic decisions and lead architectural initiatives
n

Requirements

n

n
- 7+ years in security consulting or technical customer success roles
n
- Expert-level knowledge of Secure Access, Umbrella, DUO, ISE, NGFW, Secure Workload, and XDR/SNA
n
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
n
- Multiple advanced certifications (CISSP or CISM plus CCIE preferred)
n
