This is a very rare opportunity for a Commercial Lawyer (3 years+ PAE) to join one of Australia's most dynamic firms. We are seeking a Commercial Lawyer to join our dynamic commercial team and create the career they have always dreamed of.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Advise clients on a range of commercial, corporate, and business law matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, agreements and deeds.
- Manage client files with a focus on communication and achieving client outcomes.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management.

About You

The successful candidate must have a proven ability to take instruction, run matters independently, work collaboratively,



and provide assistance to our partners and enthusiastic junior staff.

- Admitted as a Lawyer in Victoria with 3 years PAE in corporate and commercial law.
- Robust drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated practical problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in business sales and acquisitions, general commercial drafting and transactional work (experience in franchising a bonus).
- A proactive, client-focused approach with attention to detail.
- A desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility.
- Team-oriented, with integrity and a collaborative mindset.
