As a Senior Supervisor, you'll partner closely with the leadership team to bring our store to life - making sure it's safe, well-stocked and ready for customers. This is your chance to build on where you've come from, taking your leadership experience to the next level while developing new skills and making a real impact., This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll contribute across all parts of store operations. You'll have the opportunity to:

- Lead from the front, creating a welcoming, safe and well-presented store environment that sets the tone for a great customer experience

- Support day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing, and stepping into site leadership when required
n
- Coach and guide team members on the shop floor, helping them deliver knowledgeable and helpful service
n
- Keep the store running smoothly through effective workforce planning, stock flow and replenishment
n
- Drive a strong safety culture by promoting safe practices and supporting team wellbeing
n
- Resolve customer queries in a practical, helpful way that builds trust and loyalty
n
- Look for better ways of working, improving efficiency and supporting the rollout of current tools or processes
n
- Play a key role in onboarding and developing team members, supporting their growth and confidence on the job

What you'll need

- Experience in a retail or customer-facing leadership or supervisory role
n
- Confidence supporting store operations,



including safety, stock management and customer service
n
- Robust communication and teamwork skills
n
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems in a practical way
n
- A focus on safety and creating a positive environment for team members and customers
n
- Availability to work across a rotating roster, including opening and closing shifts
n

We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $31.93 per hour for this role.
