Group Fitness Manager | Full-Time | Jindalee Fitness 24/7

For 45+ years we've been the fitness home of our community — not a franchise, not a faceless big-box gym. Today that's grown into one of Queensland's largest health clubs: two strength training zones, a dedicated Hyrox and functional training studio, three group fitness studios, two reformer studios, a spin studio, a 25m heated indoor pool, and a wellness and recovery centre. 4,000+ members and growing toward 5,000 by FY27, backed by real investment in recent facilities and longevity programs.

We need someone to take our group fitness program from good to genuinely category-leading — and we're backing that person with budget, autonomy, and a incentive structure tied to results.

What you'll own

n

n
- The group fitness timetable end to end — built on attendance data and member demand, not guesswork
n
- Recruitment, onboarding, coaching and performance management of instructors and area leaders
n
- Studio standards — presentation, safety, equipment maintenance, the lot
n
- Class attendance, retention and member satisfaction across every format we run
n
- Commercial performance of the group fitness program, including budget
n
- A visible, hands-on presence on the floor — this is not a desk job
n

What you'll need

n

n
- Proven leadership of instructor teams in a fitness environment — not just experience teaching classes yourself
n
- Sharp scheduling and rostering skills, comfortable pulling and acting on attendance data
n
- Commercial nous — you can run a budget and back a decision with numbers
n
- Group fitness delivery experience across one or more formats (Pilates, Yoga, Les Mills, Spin, Aqua, Functional Training)
n
- Certificate III & First Aid and CPR (essential), Certificate IV preferred, other Group Fitness Certification and business certification welcomed
