Branch Operations Manager – Central Coast

Telescope Tyres Group is seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Central Coast branch.

n

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on customer-service, workshop productivity, stock control and supporting the branch and Regional Sales Manager to achieve sales and performance targets.

n

The Role

n

Working closely with the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

n

n
- Supporting the branch and Regional Sales Manager to achieve daily and monthly targets
n
- Delivering a consistently high level of customer-service
n
- Managing customer enquiries, quotes, bookings and follow-up
n
- Identifying sales opportunities with new and existing customers
n
- Leading the workshop, field service and branch operations teams
n
- Managing job scheduling, workflow and technician productivity
n
- Ensuring customer work is completed correctly and on time
n
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and controlling stock losses
n
- Managing branch operating costs, labour and consumables
n
- Maintaining vehicles, workshop equipment and branch assets
n
- Driving workplace safety, compliance and high-quality workmanship
n




- Coaching staff and building a disciplined, customer-focused team
n
- Identifying operational issues and improving branch efficiency
n

About You

n

To succeed in this role, you will have:

n

n
- At least three years' experience in branch, operational or workshop leadership
n
- Strong customer-service and sales-support skills
n
- Strong knowledge of the tyre, automotive or related service industry
n
- Proven experience leading and developing a team
n
- A robust understanding of workflow, stock and cost control
n
- A practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving
n
- A genuine commitment to safety and customer-service
n
- The ability to hold people accountable and deliver results
n
