About The Role

Our client is a highly regarded residential home builder looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Display Home Consultant to join their team for a 8-week temporary assignment at their display homes in Googong. For the right candidate, there is strong potential for permanent employment following.

- Welcoming visitors to the display home and creating a positive first impression.
- Understanding customers' needs and providing information on home designs and inclusions.
- Qualifying and recording customer enquiries.
- Following up warm leads where required and booking appointments for the sales team.
- Maintaining the presentation of the display home to a high standard.
- Building strong relationships with prospective buyers and providing exceptional customer service.
- Working collaboratively with the broader sales team to deliver a seamless customer experience.

About You

We're looking for someone who is friendly, professional and enjoys interacting with people. Previous experience in the building industry is welcomed but not essential.

- Experience in a customer-facing role such as sales, real estate, retail,



hospitality or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A confident and proactive approach to engaging with customers.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
- A qualified presentation and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Availability to work weekends throughout the 6-week assignment.
