The SNC are seeking an experienced and values-driven Centre Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across the organisation.

This is an opportunity for an accomplished community or not-for-profit leader to step into a role with genuine influence, working closely with the Board, leading a dedicated team and helping shape the future direction of an organisation that is deeply connected to its local community.

You will play a key role in implementing the Board's Strategic Plan, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation,

strengthening organisational capability and ensuring the Centre continues to deliver high-quality community services.

Sound financial management and budgeting skills

Experience leading, developing and supporting teams

Strong community engagement and stakeholder management skills

A genuine commitment to inclusive, respectful and collaborative leadership.

A tertiary qualification in Community Services, Business, Management, Governance or a related discipline is desirable, or an equivalent combination of qualifications, leadership experience and demonstrated capability.

This is more than an operational management role. It is an opportunity to lead an organisation that exists to strengthen community connection, lifelong learning, social inclusion and individual and community wellbeing.

You will have the opportunity to:

Influence the strategic direction of a community focused organisation

Work directly with an engaged Board

Lead and develop a passionate team and volunteer workforce

Build meaningful partnerships across the Singleton community

Identify new opportunities for growth, collaboration and community development

Drive organisational improvement and strengthen the Centre's future capability

The successful applicant will be required to hold:
