The Role

n

We're looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our venue. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team and executing a unique customer experience. The right person will be experienced with strong floor and waiting abilities. The ability to lead with a positive demeanour and ensure customers have a memorable experience is crucial to this role.

Must be available to work Wednesday–Sunday, with Monday and Tuesday as consecutive days off. Immediate Start!

Tasks and responsibilities:

n

n




- Overseeing and leading a passionate team of hospitality professionals
n
- Delivering a unique and enjoyable customer experience
n
- Assisting with functions and events
n
- Supporting and administering a structured staff training program
n
- Stock management including ordering, rotation and wastage control
n
- Assisting the Restaurant Manager where required including general HR and Administration duties
n

You'll be perfect for this role if you have:

n

n
- A passion for coffee, customers, service and hospitality
n
- At least two years' experience in a leadership role
n
- Strong service skills with the ability to manage a team
n
- Personable approach with impeccable presentation
n
- Advanced interpersonal, communication, customer service and leadership skills
n
- RSA (required)
