Dynamo Fitness is one of Australia's fastest-growing fitness equipment suppliers, providing premium home and commercial gym equipment across the country. We're looking for a motivated and reliable Installation and Service Technician to join our growing NSW team.

About the Role

n

Every day is different. You'll travel to customer sites to deliver, assemble, install, and service a wide range of fitness equipment for homes, commercial gyms, schools, hotels, and sporting facilities.

n

When installation work is quieter, you'll support the team by carrying out preventative servicing and warranty repairs. This is a varied role where you'll always have meaningful work and continue developing your skills.

Your Responsibilities

n

n
- Deliver, assemble, and install fitness equipment at customer locations.
n
- Perform preventative maintenance and servicing on gym equipment.
n
- Complete warranty repairs and troubleshoot equipment faults.
n
- Read and follow assembly manuals and technical documentation.
n
- Safely operate hand and power tools.
n
- Load, unload, and prepare equipment for deliveries and installations.
n
- Provide friendly, professional customer service on every job.
n
- Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Experience in equipment installation, mechanical assembly, servicing, or a similar hands-on role.
n
- Confident using hand and power tools.
n
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
n
- Physically fit and comfortable lifting heavy equipment as part of a team.
n
- Excellent attention to detail.
n
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in producing quality work.
n
- Positive communication and customer service skills.
n
- Current Australian Driver's Licence (essential).
n
- Forklift Licence (advantageous but not essential).
n
