About the Opportunity

Viva Energy — the exclusive licensee of Shell in Australia, with more than 120 years of local operation and a national network of 1,600+ accepted sites across metro areas and key transport corridors- is appointing a select group of experienced business development professionals to own and grow state-based Shell Card territories.

Shell Card is one of Australia's leading fuel cards for business. Your mandate is straightforward: win commercial customers running fleets of commercial road transport vehicles, grow their usage, and build a portfolio that pays you month after month.

This is a genuine territory ownership model — you operate independently, backed by the Shell brand, national marketing support and a dedicated onshore customer service team managing your accounts' day-to-day needs so you can stay focused on growth.

About You

n

n
- 5–10+ years in B2B field sales or business development, with demonstrated new business results
n
- Experience selling into transport, fleet, industrial or related commercial sectors highly regarded; fuel industry experience advantageous but not essential
n
- Strong pipeline discipline across face-to-face and phone-based selling
n
- Commercially sharp, self-directed and accountable — you want ownership, not supervision
n
- Entrepreneurial drive matched with the discipline to operate within a proven framework
n
