n Up to $5m per project

We are a well-established Sydney-based commercial/industrial/civil construction company delivering projects up to $5m across NSW. Due to a strong pipeline of work, we are looking foran experienced Project Managerto join our team for animmediate start.
n
This is ahands‐on role– you'll run your own jobs end‐to‐end, managing aspects of contracts administration and project delivery while enjoying the support of a dedicated team including CA, Project Coordinator, Site Managers, Safety Officer, and reporting to the Program Manager.
n
The Role
n
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of multiple projects (typically $1m–$5m), including:
n
n
- Managing projects from award through to handover – commercial, industrial and small civil works
n
- Full contracts administration:n n
- Head contract and subcontract management
n
- Letting and negotiation of subcontracts and supply agreements
n
- Variations, progress claims, EOTs, RFI management
n
- Cost control, forecasting, budgets and cashflow
n
- Programming and short‐term planning in conjunction with site teams
n
- Coordination with site managers, engineers, subcontractors and clients
n
- Quality, safety and environmental compliance in line with company systems
n
- Client and stakeholder management, including meetings, reporting and handover documentation
n
n
n
You'll be office‐and‐site based in Sydney, with visits to projects as required.
n
About You
n
n
- Self starter and help across the organisation as priorities flex
n
- Minimum5+ years'experience as aContracts Administrator / Project Managerin construction
n
- Proven track record deliveringcommercial/industrial and/or civilprojects up to$5m
n
- Strong understanding of Australian Standards contracts and NSW construction legislation
n
- Confident with cost reporting, programming and contract correspondence
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
n
- Robust communication and negotiation skills; able to build solid relationships with clients and subcontractors
n
- Degree or trade background in construction, civil engineering or related discipline (preferred but not essential for highly experienced candidates)
n
- Current driver's licence and full Australian working rights
n
