The Opportunity An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established manufacturing operation in Sydney.

Working on a permanent night shift, you'll be part of an experienced maintenance team responsible for keeping a rapid-paced production facility running safely and efficiently.

n

This is a hands-on maintenance position offering strong earning potential, ongoing overtime opportunities and long-term job security with a major manufacturing business.

The Role As a Maintenance Electrician, your responsibilities will include:

n

- Electrical breakdown and fault-finding across production and packaging equipment
n
- Planned and preventative maintenance
n
- Troubleshooting electrical, controls and automation faults
n
- Working with PLC-controlled machinery, sensors, motors, drives and instrumentation
n
- Electrical repairs, installations and modifications
n
- Supporting production teams to minimise downtime
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability
n
- Completing maintenance documentation and work orders
n
- Participating in shutdown and improvement works
n
- Maintaining high standards of safety and compliance
n

About You To be considered, you will ideally have:

n

n
- NSW Electrical Licence
n
- Previous industrial maintenance experience
n
- Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
n
- Experience working with automated production machinery
n
- Exposure to PLCs, VSDs, motors, sensors and control systems
n
- Manufacturing, FMCG, food, beverage, packaging or similar experience highly regarded
n
- Ability to work independently on night shift
n
- Strong commitment to safety
n
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
n
