Veolia is seeking a Senior Operations Engineer to connect our Operations and Maintenance team with the client's Project Management Office across major wastewater renewals and capital projects in Wellington, New Zealand.

n

You'll bring sound operational judgement, influence key technical decisions and translate complex information into clear, practical advice for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

n

- Act as the technical link between Veolia's operational teams and the client's project team
n
- Review project designs and specifications from an operational, maintenance and compliance perspective
n
- Make informed technical recommendations and identify operational risks
n
- Represent operational requirements with internal, client and contractor stakeholders
n
- Translate complex technical information into clear advice for different audiences
n
- Contribute to project planning, risk assessments,



operational readiness and commissioning
n
- Ensure new and upgraded assets are safe, practical and ready for service
n

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- Significant operational and engineering experience in wastewater treatment
n
- Strong technical judgement and the confidence to make informed decisions
n
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and translate between technical and non technical audiences
