About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner – Core level or above to join our team in Goulburn.
This role offers a genuine mix of clinic and community-based Behaviour Support, giving you the opportunity to work with participants in our local Goulburn clinic as well as within their homes and community environments.
You’ll have the autonomy to manage your day and build strong relationships with participants, families and local support networks, while still having access to the clinical support, supervision and resources of our broader multidisciplinary team.

Please note: this position is not currently available for entry-level/IBIS practitioners.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver evidence-informed, person-centred Behaviour Support across a varied caseload
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop Behaviour Support Plans
- Support participants, families,
carers and other stakeholders to implement meaningful strategies

What You’ll Bring
- Current NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner suitability at Core level or above
- Experience delivering Positive Behaviour Support within the NDIS or a related setting
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confidence completing functional behaviour assessments and Behaviour Support Plans
- A person-centred and evidence-informed approach
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a broader clinical team
- Driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community-based work
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
- Full working rights in Australia
